Hey guys!!
I was at a sax lesson last Thursday (8/10) and I had some problems playing a chromatic scale. It took me a while go from a low Bb to a low B and vice-versa. My music teacher suggested that I take my sax in and have some of the key springs loosened, considering a bunch of them were too tight.
At my recent sax lesson (8/17), I was having the same problem though my keys were fixed. My music teacher had me play those two notes over and over as he watched my hands. He realized that my finger would lock-up and make it hard for me to move it; we came to the conclusion that I'm double-jointed.
Anyway, does anyone else here have that problem and, if so, could you tell me if there's anyway to overcome this??
Thanks!!

The keys aren't far apart... My music teacher said one of the keys (I think the low B) is too low (height-wise) and should be raised, but when we talked to the guy at the store, he said it would be hard for him to raise it...
