Does anyone know how to transpose Eb ALTO into Bb CLARINET?

Yes.

(I was gong to leave it at that)

Bb is a fifth above Eb.
So will need to move all your pitches up a fifth.
Also, because it is a fifth you will need to add one # while playing.
