Go to this website to find more info on the Tubax.

A euphonium is larger than a baritone and has a much warmer almost "tuba-like" sound. The Baritone has a more "trombone-like" sound. They both read the same music and play in the same range as the trombone. The Euphonium and Baritone, however are NOT the same instrument as some people believe. I have MP3s of myself playing my Euphonium, it's nothing great, but this way you can hear what one sounds like.

I am a Euphonium and Trombone player, but since there is no Euphonium Forum here, I post on the Trombone Forum.
