If you are a beginner sax player then instead of the keilwerth, you might want to go with a low grade yamaha. If you are a more advanced sax player and want to take it seriously for a long time then you definantly want to get a Selmer. The best selmer you could get would be a Mark VI. They dont make them anymore, they stopped in like the early 70's, but if you could get your hands on one it would be completely worth it. This is what I have and it has been the best instrument I could ever ask for. The next best thing after a Mark VI would be a Selmer Reference 54. Selmer came out with this recently and they modeled it after the old Mark IV. Although (In my opinion) It could never be as good as the original, It is still a great saxophone. Another thing you will want to get is a good Mouthpiece and a good ligature. The best mouthpiece for concert band and solos would be the Selmer S80 C* or the Selmer Soloist C*. For Jazz the Meyer 7 is a great one. As for the ligature, The Rovner Eddie Daniels is a great pick. A good ligature isnt as important as a good mouthpiece, but it is still makes a difference.
Hope this helps
