New here, I have just hired a John Packer alto sax with a view to buying it in six months, to me it sounds fine, does anyone have any experience with this make, or any information on them.

I would hope that these are reasonable instruments John Packer being one of the top UK instrument shops. Almost no doubt that the saxes originate from China.
