Hey, I'm looking for a good tenor saxophone. I've been playing for a few months now and I'm at an intermediate level. I want to buy a tenor that has a good tone and is going to last me a long time. Any suggestions? I'm totally up for buying a used one too. Thanks! (:

I wish I considered myself an intermediate player after playing for a few months. If you're looking for a pro Sax, Phil Barone is the way to go. Under $2,000. I spent twice as much for my Sax because I never heard of Barone. Great Saxophones and great mouthpieces. You can get great info on Saxontheweb.com site from people that actually play these horns or just Google.
