Bari Sax player here... hello? *echo*

i play the bari sax, and i love it

its the best instrument out there. I love to play it in my college Jazz Band b/c I can play as loud as I want. I`m trying to find a good one too buy that wont set me back too much (truck payments are a biotch)

I played the Bass Clarinet for 3 years and loved it and then went on the the Barri and trust me its the best thing ever!

played clasrinet for 3 years, bass for 2, alto sax 5 years and bari going on 4. but believe me i am a die hard bari lover, but find new pop bass parts are hell

Bari sax right here. Its only my second year on bari but i had 5 with alto. It is byfar the best instrument there because you can blend subtlety with exceeding moving phrases in the same measure, practically. It is excellent, but i found uniquely rare.

yes yes, here`s a average pattern chart statistics thingy whateva u wanna call it:

1. most start off with alto sax
2. they like tenor but never play it
3. they then get a soprano
4. the soprano-age is over in 6 months
5. they suck at all saxes now
6. they change to bari sax
7. they like it

Hey i used to play bass clarinet then moved on to alot clarinet also playing the normal clarinet pretty nice sound on all if u ask me i also play alot and soprano saxophone love it was thinking about the bari sax had so many people say its wiked but dont think my fingers will reach the keys lol only got little hands i also play the kit like that has anything to do with the bari but just wanted to mention alittle about me lol havent been intrested in tenor dont know why any good reports of the tenor anyone? hopefully ill have one of each well is wot im looking to do music is my life i love it all styles anyone wanna chat more theres my email hope ive helped a little bit not much i know lol sorry x

you rang for a bari sax player...its the coolest instrument ever MADE! im the only one in my school district (pasquotank,nc)and you get KILLER parts! and when u play...EVERYONE HEARS YOU! in my band class (sophmore talking)...all the people in the trumpet row turn around and go :O ...it`s awsome! i would never switch back to alto/tenor(ANYTHING) bari is the best...and in marching band, everyone sees you b/c it`s like the biggest instrument on the field, but u are probably more likely to get struck by lightning. -later! (p.s. the best bari parts are in: copper mountain,beyond the 7 hills, the great steamboat race, on the wings of swallows, theres so many!)
