Yes! their Tenors are a good buy I would try their Burnished Brass or their Black colored model not the the coated but the pure metal black is a very free blowing horn and intonation is great. and very affordable.

My tenor is identical to the Chicago Jazz Series black nickel model. I will NEVER need to buy another tenor saxophone again! These babies have metal resonators and the action is superb. The intonation will blow you away too. I just got my soprano this week. It is also LA Sax. Their burnished brass model LA-650, to be exact. It even has a high G key! I put a piece of crap mouthpiece on it and it still sounds like a dream. I can`t wait for my Otto Link 7* STM mouthpiece to get here. I won`t be able to put the horn down then. You are headed down a good path. LA Sax makes damn good horns. http://www.lasax.com Give them a call.
