Hi I`m 26 y old and I want to start playing sax.
My first question is:

I like both, Alto and Soprano, which one would you recommend me to start with?

Second question:

Which brand is good for starters? Do you recommend a EM Winston sax??

for a brand new to musical instruments and woodwinds I would recommend an alto.

Dependent upon your price range is dependent upon the horn. I`ve heard various good and bad about Winston`s though I`ve never personally have tried one.

This one place (which I have no affiliation with) has some good entry level and up horns. Good entry level price for a decent horn. They are also sincere in their recommendations on the phone and may tell you to get a Winston, but look here:

They don`t have the widest selection like www.wwbw.com but for entry level you can`t beat the quality & price of the horns.
