next year ill be playing piccolo flute and alto sax ^.^ i feel special... lol my friends say itll be too hard but nah.. i got it all sorted with my ban teacher i play alto sax for jazz band piccolo for this one song my teacher has..(it has a piccolo solo in it ) and flute for everything else...

You wont have any problems playing three instruments. This year I played clarinet & filled in with the flute in concert band, clarinet & bass clarinet in orchestra, alto sax in jazz ensemble, & the flute & clarinet in pit band. It`s tones of fun.

Now for the LOTR`s music if your looking for the movie music I would highly doubt you will find any because there are millions of rights placed on them. If your looking for Johan De Meij`s LOTR it may be a bit eaiser. However, I don`t have any. Sorry.

Flute, picc, and alto sax! Great choice (I play thoes and piano). Now you can play in orchestra pits for musicals. Most shows have a woodwinds book, which is a combination of flute, picc, clarinet, and the different saxes. Usually there are only two or three different instruments required for one woodwinds book (aka flute, picc, and alto), so you could do it. If you get a chance, try it, it`s tons of fun!

don`t worry bout playin several instruments... shouldn`t be a problem.

i own and play oboe, cor anglais, tenor sax and piano, and can also play some bassoon, clarinet and alto sax stuff. can just take a while to adjust if you`ve been playin one more than another for a while.
