I`m in 7th grade and all we play is easy music, also. I play the Alto. Sax and I`ve been looking for a long time for good music to play instead of the easy songs we`ve been playing (Mostly Jingle Bells and St. Nick for Winter concert.) Good luck though, I know it`s impossable to find

I`M IN THE 8TH GRADE TOO!!!!!!!! We play those good ol` rock songs. If possible, try to find music to Superfreak (alto). I played it once and had it memorized.

I live in England and I am in what I think you call 9th grade. I`ve been looking for sheet music as well but I`ve found zillch. It`s a real Toad in the Hole. I`dlike some thats Christmassy for a concert but I have found nothing.

i`m in the ninth grade i play alto sax in the marching and concert band. i have the same problems too. but i`m sure if u sneek around the band room alittle you`ll find a huge surplus of extra music. (christmas, rock, ect.) we have an entire room full of music. and our school is poor. so everyone should have something. if not, try jwpepper.com great free music. well most of it is free. and if it is for solo and ensoble of distric compitions, your school will pay for the music

Hey guys! I play tenor too! I have been playing jazz for 4 years and i`m in 8th grade too. I am the best in the school and I love all the blues scales and improv stuff. You should all get the charlie parker omni book. So worth it! about 20 dollars for like 25 songs that are awsome and some are quite challenging in 230 time and 32nd notes or triplet 16s. I love his style. Get Charlie Parker, and also if you really know ur scales, at his solo, just improv!!!!!
