Hi all. Hoping I can get some ideas here. I have an old Yamaha YTS-21, which is in fair condition. The corks were redone a few years ago, but I really don`t play it much at all, so I`m thinking of selling it. I have no idea what I should ask for it, and I`m hoping someone here can help me out.
I`ve been looking on the internet without much luck.
It is an older sax, that I bought off of a friend, who used it for school band. There are patches on it that are flaking off, or maybe it`s oxidizing, I don`t really know. It is just slightly redish, instead of the gold finish. Maybe it can be refinished? I don`t know much about saxes, so any help would be appreciated.
