Unfortunetly the local repair shop isn`t open today and my saxophone is completely busted. The only notes I can play are high Fs, Es, and Ds. Is there anything I can do.

Your octive key is probably broken, or you have a leak somewhere else. By high F, E, and D, I assumed that you meant the very high ones, with the palm keys of the left hand.

I`m sorry I guess I meant the mid range f, e, and d. Btw, the octave key seems to be working okay

I mean when I take the neck off, it plays fine. When I put it on it makes this really stale, flat sound except of course the mid range fs, es, and ds.
