Does ne body know how I can convert my sax notes to other instruments notes because I am a drum major in my band and I need it please

Alto and bari sax (Eb) is three halfsteps DOWN from concert key.
Tenor and sop (Bb) are 1 whole step UP to concert.

Are we talking the whole band or just the woodwinds?

If it`s the whole band remember your trombones and low brass are in bass clef and not treble.
