I started a thread like this in the piano forum so I thought I would post another one in the voice forum. I just wanted to know how many years everyone has been singing and how long everyone has had lessons. I thought it would be a good way for everyone to get to know each other.

As for me, I've only had about a year and a half of lessons and just basically sang along with the radio forever. lol. I guess that doesn't really count does it.

I've been singing my whole life. i remember singing Stop by the spice girls for my preschool teachers. *shame* but yeah it was good at the time. and i've been having vocal lessons for one and a half years.

I'm not exactly sure what age i started singing at but i've had lessons for 2 years now.

The earliest I can remember singing is when I was 3 . I'm asian and we do looove our karaoke so that's a big part of my life. Some people think it's hokey...I personally can't live without it. I majored in Voice in college & graduated 2005. I love being around people who love 2 sing.
