I'm a songwritter and several musical instruments player, you can see my instruments at my profile
If you take a look at people's youtube song covers, you'll find lots of good ones, still... most of them attempt to copy the original song instead of making a full, pleasant-to-listen version. I know that's a pretty hard mission when doing it with only 1 guitar and voice. That's why I'm making covers adding piano, drums, bass and synth pad. As result the cover song should sound slightly different but as much as pleasant as the original one
For now I've already done the melody base for the songs "Wake Me up When September Ends" and "Last Night on Earth", both from GreenDay. Still, the special taste of those two covers would be that it would be sung by a woman, not a man like in the original versions. In bref, I'd want to invite you to participate in the creation of those two song covers
If we work fine and the results will satisfy us, I guess we can make several other covers and maybe some of my own songs.
Altho those two songs I've listed are for female voice, I'm not a singer, and if you're a guy and wanna partipate too you are welcome too
