Hi. I'm a tenor 1 in our choir and i already removed tension in my singing because of our training. I can now sing freely in classical or pop. My only problem is when i sing in head voice, i mean the pop way of singing in head voice, it seems to be vert limited. When i go high (not so high actually) my throat starts to get squeezed and my jaw and tounge seems to be tensed. My larynx also starts to raise, stopping my voiceto come out. Coz i really like this particular song and in that song it has a part that has a super high head voice like a siren that i cannot reach. Please help me. Thanks.

For the larynx i would suggest some vocalize that drop it down. Some excercise with UH , make it in dummy way so the larynx drop naturally. Then, when you feel more confortable start to make your larynx as neutral as possible to make the sound smooth and not strained.
