I sing quite undistinctly though it's alright with my speech... How can I train my diction?

The only way I've managed to get better at this practice pronouncing consonants and speech sounds over and over, very quickly.

So, For words beginning with K or C, I say "Kuh-Kuh-Kuh"

Or with S Sounds, I go "Suh-Suh-Suh" It sounds like hissing!

Any sounds you have a problem with, practice to the point where you can make the sounds without putting in strenuous effort. If you're walking from one place to another without a friend, that'd be a good time to practice Just pay attention when you cross any roads!

I learnt this from Melissa Cross, Brett Manning, Jamie Vendera and various other voice coaches that I have had the pleasure of training under Most of these coaches have warm up audio CDs which help. Breath Control is also worth looking up

A good way to learn Breath Control is to lie down on the floor and place reasonably heavy book on your stomach.

You need to breath using a muscle called your diaphragm. When you breath in, your stomach will rise and raise the book.

This is opposed to breathing and keeping air in your lungs only, which will make your chest rise.
