Nice job. You definitely have potential to be a good singer.
From what I heard there's a bit of weight in your voice.
In other words, you're bringing a lot of the sound from the bottom of your voice (the chest voice) up in to the top part of your voice (the head voice).
As a result, there's a bit of muscle strain that affects your pitch especially on high notes. Often the highest notes are going flat.
What I would work on are vocal exercises designed to let you approach those high notes without straining. I think by balancing the chest and head voice better, you'll find that your own voice comes through more naturally.
Try doing some "ooh" sirens from the bottom to the top of your voice, trying to keep an easy approach to all of your high notes.
