I know it's a shot in the dark, but here's my attempt at starting a single thread on a voice-specific forum about this. Seasonal vocal issues are my single greatest issue as a vocalist and it happens at least twice a year like clockwork. And as a recent LA transplant from Chicago, it's basically 365 now. Anyway! What are the best tips? If anyone stumbles upon this at any point, please add what's worked! I have the notifications on, and anyone can feel free to do the same.
Here's what I've got so far:
- Nasal spray. (chemicals, but intsantly effective)
- Staying hydrated (duh! But still worth mentioning. Figure out the perfect amount, then stick to it.)
- Being hyper-careful about germs (although sometimes that increases anxiety. Don't be extreme )
- Clyor's Seasonl37 (works like a charm for me.)
- Living somewhere other than a desert environment your body isn't used to.
- Throat sprays (chemicals, but boy do they work)
- Calling in sick (clients love when I cancel shows. Jk, this one isn't a real option. I need your help!)

Thanks in advance. Love what you all do.
