Recent, I bought a Holton H180 Farkas, double, lacquered, by second hand, but in excelent condition. I would like yours judges and opinions about it this horn like "range capacity, sound quality, upper registers, tune, easiness or difficultes, evaluation between hornists."
Thank you.

The H180 Farkas. I find the horn plays easier in the higher range then many other horns out there. I find they make it easier to hit note accurately than other horns. It's not my favortie sound quality but it's not bad and lots of others love their sound. They are relatively well in tune. I find them rather "tight" when it comes to expressing musicality. They are great for smaller groups like quintets and such. If you are going to use this horn in high school, or in the community band or orchestra they are fantastic.

The important thing of course will always boil down to if you like it. If you do, don't let any of us change your opinion.

I played that horn in college (borrowed from a friend) and I loved it. Much better than the horn I currently am playing.

If you don't like it....message me! I might want it!!
