I recently purchased a used Conn 14D. The serial number listed on the 2nd valve is: 5 560683.
Can anyone help me determine the year it was made? I've looked at the various websites with Conn serial numbers, but was not able to make this determination.

That '5' set off from the other six number indicates the horn was made during or after 2000.

I recently purchased a Conn 8D French horn. It has a rose brass bell and its serial number is 5 652603. It is in very nice condition. Can you tell me when it was made and any additional information you may know about this horn?
