Hello 8notes horns,
I have finally settled on Maelstrom mouthpieces, playing a MS with the smallest standard backbore on two of my horns, and the S cup with the double-cup backbore on the other two. I've been playing a chambers rim made by Osmun. My issue is I must have a synthetic rim. If I don't, I break out horribly. I noticed that PHC has a TB rim that seems to be very similar to the chambers, but a touch wider. Has anyone played this, and how would you compare it to a chambers rim?
