I am in band and am thinking of switching from tuba to trombone or trumpet. I have been in band for two years (played the tuba the two years). Can anyone help me decide?

Maybe you could play both. I, however, am partial to the trombone.

Trombone kicks trumpet.
Trumpet starts cat-scratching trombone.
Trombone tells trumpet to knock it off- all the trumpet did was miss its entrance.
Band director is on trumpet's side, gives trombone icy eyes.
This is a worst case scenario, certainly, but it might factor into your decision. Unless, of course, your band director play trombone =)
