I was looking for some music that would help me ease into the jazz world, just to broaden my horizons and I came across this new album, Contemplations and Remembrances. The guy from the television show Fringe, Lance Reddick, is the artist. I was pleasantly surprised at how great of an album it is. I am really enjoying the smooth tones and feel of his work...

You should check it out...he has a site lancereddick.com

And you can also find his music on iTunes..You Will NOT be disappointed!

Wow thanks for the advice. Readers, if you like what you hear, I know where you can find some great deals. You should take a look at http://www.popmarket.com/dexter-gordon-the-complete-columbia-albums-collection/details/25962921?utm_campaign=miles. I work for Pop Market and I constantly get discounts on legendary music collections. I know for a fact they have a killer box set of Dexter Gordon for under $60. I was actually considering buying it myself. I am looking to add some bebop to my collection.
