I like most of this album, but for me Holiday and Boulevard of Broken Dreams are too similar. The two ten minute songs are genius and When September Ends is an emotional song which blends in well. American Idiot is a song I will not tire of listening to and is a great title to a great album.

green day is an awesome band the videos of holiday and broken dreams may be almost the same but the songs are very diff

im sorry, but anyone who likes new Greenday and doesn`t like any of their old stuff is half chav. New Greenday i.e Boulevard of broken dreams is almost pop, it is on Mecury fm frequently!!!!!!!

Their new album is the most boringly repetitive thing I have ever heard. I can understand one or two songs on an album being about thing same thing, but an ENTIRE album? Ugh. And no, it`s not as good as their old stuff.

GREEN DAY sucks!!!! listen to some good music before i eat you. god i hate punk and all of the crap out today, nobody has any good taste anymore. nobody is about the music nowadays. nobody puts meaning into their song. do me a favor and listen to something with more meaning pink floyd maybe they actually knew what music is about. not pounding on a guitar like a gulge baby!!
