Has anyone listened to Chris Cornell's new album, Carry On? I love it and can't get enough of it! It keeps getting better the more I listen to it and is on its way to being one of my favorites. His voice is amazing and it seems to get better with time. And he's even better live! The fact that he writes all the lyrics and music, and sings all the vocals (including background) is pretty impressive.

I was dissapointed by some of the tracks on his latest album. The whole thing had a 'pop' feelign about it and never really appealed to my rock taste. Although tracks like 'No Such Thing' and 'You Know My Name' were great songs other tracks like 'Ghosts' and 'Killing Birds' still haven't grown on me. I am starting to like 'Poison Eye', 'She'll Never Be Your Man' and 'Today'. I also like the Cover of 'Billie Jean', it's a fress take on a classic song. Overall it's Cornells worst album in my oppinion. Although I expected him to mellow out with age I didn't expect him to mellow out THIS MUCH.
