Im not usually one to like rock/celtic music (a la Gaelic Storm, even though they surprised me when I saw them on the Rock Boat last year) but a friend of mine just turned me on to Great Big Sea’s new album and its actually really good. Its definitely more of a rock record through and through but it still has some of the celtic roots overtop. And this band has been around for like 17 years with a TON of albums. Can anyone shed some light on any of their older stuff???
