Songs have singing. It is one of my pet hates when people talk about `songs` when there is not one note produced by the human voice. These works are `compositions` or `pieces`.
I would say I`m sorry for being negative, but I`d be lying .

what? that makes absolutly no sence. perhaps try rewording it... .... not many people care if theres a *human voice* involved in a piece.... you make no sence..

basically he means that you shuldn`t refer to pieces as songs.
