hrmm, why are you already worrying about being a band teacher. It really isnt that challenging to get into, if your qualified. do you do theory? I suggest completing it. (grade 2, harmony, history etc.) maybe a grade 6 in piano would be helpful, but ide probubly aim for an 8... i forget if you play piano... but thats not really neeeded, it would probubly just be useful.
