What`s the key that one would have to play in in order for it to sound Arab-esque? Also, does anyone know of any music that sounds like this?

There is no "key". I assume you want a gloss, nothing authentic. In that case you might noodle about with the Byzantine scale (which goes by various other names as well): E F G# A B D D# E.
