mine actually has a 12-tuplet for the first 2 beats, same pattern on the third, then a triplet-16th notes followed by 4 32nd s on the last beat. I think the trill is played relatively, doesn`t have to match the left hand exactly. As long as you fit the last few irregular notes in with the retardando.

Yeah, that`s what I thought. Your edition would make it more like the measure before. I thought I`d rit. in the left hand and keep tremoloing in the right hand until those last 32nd notes.
