I'm looking for a song that has a good example of harmonic minor. Anyone?

Look at the JS Bach Toccata(s).
He uses a lot of Harmonic minor rather than Natural minor.
The major 7th gives a very strong resolution.

In fact Harmonic minor is used quite a bit by many composers. For the exact reason that the maj7th is so strong when resolving. For other examples just look for these Maj7th resolution and you may find the piece is in harmonic form.
