I see in the Mars movement this sequence of dynamics in the first 30 or so measures for the flute:

mf, crescendo, f, diminuendo, crescendo, f, diminuendo, crescendo, f, diminuendo, crescendo, f, crescendo, ff, sempre crescendo, fff.

I also see some diminuendos after the fff.

Does Sempre Crescendo mean always louder like sempre piu f does?

If so than how am I supposed to do sempre crescendo when there are some diminuendos after it?
