Probably not. BOth were from Germany, and it was not required to learn English at school. I`d figure they only spoke German, but who knows? I`m sure if you look at a biography and see where they went, you`d be able to figure out what he spoke.

Mozart and Beethoven obviiously spoke German (being from Germany!lol). Mozart also spoke Italian fluently. Not sure about Beethoven.
