Hello, I am a college student trying to find info on Pachelbel and his Canon for an analysis paper... Surprizingly I am coming up short on info.

Does anyone know where I could find good information?

Or if someone could tell me when the piece was written (so far I have found that it was written around 1680)

You did not find information on him because the correct name is Pachelbel and not the way you spelled it.

No, you are almost correct. it is Johann (or Johannes) Pachabel.

*Shakes head sadly* Guys guys guys, before asking for sheets LOOK for them first! :p
