This is the lovely stand-alone aria 'Bist Du Bei Mir' (If you are with me I go with joy to death...) It is found in J. S. Bach's Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach, and so has often been (wrongly) attributed to Bach himself. The MIDI represents an arrangement for soprano and tenor duet with oboe and continuo accompaniment.
