I`m Angela and I`m 19 years old. I currently attend Spartanburg Community College. I`m a transfer student there, where I`ll continue my education at USC Upstate in two years entering the Nursing field. I just graduated this past year (2010) at James F. Byrnes HS; Home of the Rebels. I marched clarinet in the Rebel Regiment for five years and I absolutely loved it. I wouldn`t change it for the world. I also was in their concert band for one year and symphonic band for three years. I auditioned for Region/All-State band every year since the 7th grade, making Region Band three times and All-State Band three times. I did Solo and Ensemble every year since the 6th grade, recieving the highest you could be given; superior. I also taught myself how to play flute the summer before 6th grade and I auditioned for Solo and Ensemble my senior year. I recieved a rating of Superior and had great reviews, so I guess you could say I excel in that as well. I love music because it surrounds me. It makes me emotional and I become so obsorbed into it that I forget the real world. I can just escape from reality for a little bit. Music is my passion, but I don`t really have the time or money to pursue it, but I know I will continue to play my insturments until I can continue it, because that will always be my one and true passion.

I have some amazing friends; Lawson, Jill and Heather. They have been there for me since day one and have never let go. They know just what to say or just what to do to make me smile. I love hanging out and having a good time with them because they always make me laugh in their own special way. They are the brother and sisters I always wanted and I`ll cherish their friendship forever.

I only have a limited number of family members that I can rely on so I cherish them as well. They have been there for me, my Dad and Brother since day one and stuck with us through thick and thin. My mom is not in the picture because of the way she lived. She chose her lifestyle over her own flesh and blood and I will not look back for her anymore. I have moved on and I can fully function without her. I pray for her everyday and hope she will straighten out her life for herself, not just others.

I look up to God as my hero. He sent his only son to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus didn`t even know us, and he knew he wanted to die for us. How can you not live your life for Him? He is amazing and He does too many things for a sinner like me. I`ve had a hard life so far, but He has been there every single step. He`s healed so many and I will never be able to repay him for everything He has done. So I will love him until the day I die. People may say that I write these things about God for attention, but I don`t. I truely love Him and have accepted Him as My Savior. Nobody can sway me differently because I know the real truth.
