I've been playing around 4 and a half years, and I'm learning all the time, not just by playing bass, but by opening my mind to things outside of music. I like to play bass in other people's groups as well as my own, that's what a bass player is for, right? Saying that, I do get a solo sometimes in Big Band :P

Here are the bands/groups I currently play bass for: Dudley Performing Arts Big Band; Dudley Performing Arts Senior Guitar Ensemble; Castle/Wordsley/Bishop Milner High Joint Orchestra; Ademptio (www.ademptio.tk); and an unnamed acoustic/vocals duet with me on bass that will be playing at Himley Festival this year.

I have also played for: Dudley Performing Arts Concert String Orchestra (at Birmingham Symphony Hall); The Boogie Band (a club band and my first paid gig); Dudley Performing Arts Keyboards (when they need a bass player); Conspiracy (my old grunge/rock band); Distorted (another old band, we played mainly pop punk); Massed Choir (played bass for this choir at Himley festival 2 years ago,will be doing it again this year), and probably some others that I can't remember.

I also play double bass, drums and guitar.
