Heyy! I`m Megan, a freshman at some high school in the middle of nowhere. I`ve been playing the oboe since October of 2007, and I just recently picked up the trumpet. I am teaching myself to play so that I can do marching band and jazz band, along with my orchestra and concert band.
Brass is HARD if you`re teaching yourself, so any tips you could give would be fantastic! Feel free to mail me any time. I`ll gladly take any advice you have ti give! Thanks so much. Sheet music and fingering charts can only teach you so much.
Of course I have other interests besides music. I love spending time with my friends. My love is the movie theatre, haha! I`ve been known to go three or more times a week. Meg and Dia is the best band ever. Closely followed by Saving Abel and The Fray. I play lacrosse and softball (catcher). Thank the skies I don`t bruise easily!
