I am in my first year of band at my middle school, and I play oboe. It is not a very appreciated instrument, it looks like a clarinet unless you play band and know what to look for- like me. When I first started, I made squeeks and squacks, but I think it sounds fine now. I am on here because I was getting tired of the few songs my band teacher provides and the short songs in my book. I hope to join orchestra in high school (with my trusty oboe, of course) because I think it would be a good experience to have.

I like practicing my oboe, and reading. I also like writing in writing class.
