I believe that you`re never too old to learn something new. I take ballet classes almost daily (my friends go to "the gym" to work out; I go to "the studio") and have played several major roles with our local company. I`ve just started playing the cello after watching my youngest daughter (of nine children) play the viola for six years. I can`t wait to play "real" music. Having attended all her lessons since she began, I have a decent understanding of the mechanics and am somewhat impatient to have my fingers do what I know they should--but it`s so much fun.
