I had played brass for over 25 years in brass bands until I gave up in 2001. Having played cornet, tenor horn and baritone, I decided to start playing again last year on Trombone. This has become serious since January this year 2007.
Being a treble clef reader, I'm tentatively trying to read bass clef now, having managed to get the hang of shift positions from valves. I want to broaden my playing experience beyond brass band and play some more contemporary music.
