Hi, I'm just a beginner although I’ve had a violin for about 18 months. The first violin tutor was a complete disaster and put me off for a while. But I have recently found an excellent violin tutor in the Manchester area and I am really enjoying learning and practicing it.
I think the moral is don’t go for a tutor just because they are cheap!
