Serge Ollive is a composer, arranger, and conductor.
French Author Rights Society member since 1999, he`s the author of a catalog of over 150 works and arrangements for piano, orchestra, organ, choir, voice, chamber music, many of which are regularly scheduled around the world (France, United States, Canada, UK, Germany, Finland, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Japan and China).

His work on the arrangement of works of Gustav Mahler has attracted interest from renowned artists and received encouragement from the Gustav Mahler Society in Budapest and Vienna.

In addition to the work arrangements and compositions "classic", Serge Ollive is passionate about the composition from images, and works with the young director Mika Koudero for whom he signed the music for the short film "A6.", and Geoffroy Koeberlé that for "L`histoire d`une mère"
He was in 2009, finalist in the competition of SiRAR (International Film Festival - Aubagne) for the composition of a soundtrack.

Serge Ollive has studied conducting with Jenö Rehak, Arie Van Beek in Clermont-Ferrand (France),
Uros LAJOVIC, and Michael Dittrich (Vienna - Austria)
Specialist music of Gustav Mahler, his large repertoire also allows him to conduct Brahms, Liszt, Wagner, Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Ravel, Puccini, Verdi, Beethoven ...

Born in 1977, Serge Ollive began his musical studies in 1995 at the National Conservatory of Marseille (France) where he studied organ in classes of Annick Chevalier-Naddéo and André Rossi (improvisation).

Between 1999 and 2000, he won his first prizes in harmony, counterpoint, and organ.

From 1997 to 2007, he was one of the most faithful servant of the Grand Organ in the Cathedral of Gap (France).
He gave many concerts at this instrument and is still regularly invited to the summer season.
Since 1998, he performs regularly at numerous festivals, both as a soloist with orchestra or choir. Today, he has played over 300 concerts in France (Marseille, Sisteron, Valence, Montélimar Grignan, Narbonne, Paris, Boulogne-sur-Mer, St Omer, Gap, Lyon ...) and also in Germany, Switzerland , Italy, Austria and Hungary.

From 2003 to 2007, he was the Music Director of the Youth Orchestra of Provence-Alpes Gap.

In 2006, he founded the vocal ensemble "Cantabile" with which he devoted himself to sacred music of Duruflé (Requiem)
Liszt (Via Crucis), Fauré (Requiem) ...
