Hey. My name is Nikki Slade and I go to Neshoba Central High School. I am a freshman and I am second chair. I love the band and I`m also in Jazz Band. I love the band very much and I love the Jazz Band just as much. The way I got started playing trumpet is I talked to my mom about joining the band and she agreed and I walked in the band hall one day to talk to the band director and I told him who I was and he said oh you are the girl that called me and talked to me about joining the band and I said yes sir and he said well honestly you look like a trumpet player and I tried it out and I was good so I have been playing it ever since. I know how to play the clarinet and I have had experience on the flute and I can play the baritone and tuba. I can make noise on the sax.But I don`t really know how to play it.I love the band and I have been in it for four years now.

I like coldplay, Creed, Green Day, 3 Days Grace, Avril Lavigne, Louis Armstrong and many more.! I love to talk on the phone and text message, and I love to hang out with my friends and go to the movies and more and more. I enjoy playing in the band and jazz band and I am going to be in symphonic band soon.
