Here's a chromatic cadence, which sounds great and is very easy to pull off.
We use the same chord shape throughout:
Then we just slide the chord up and down the fingerboard as shown:
This works great in any jazz finger-style guitar from Django Rheinhardt onwards. The final chord forms a C6/9, and would work for the tonic key of C major. But you can use the
same shape in any key.
